Dusty Eaton sees architecture in terms of people: How can he shape a building to enhance the life of its occupants? And how can a building solve problems for the community that surrounds it? Dusty’s passion for these challenges has fueled his successful career in architecture. He earned his master’s degree from Montana State University in 2006, and joined A&E that same year. Due to his exceptional design abilities and strong leadership skills, Dusty became A&E’s youngest partner in 2012. His passion for innovation, building leaders, and zeal for challenging the status quo inspires his team, and as a result, he was promoted to CEO in 2017. At a young age, Dusty is leading A&E to unprecedented growth, national design recognition, and most importantly, a remarkable firm culture where empowered leaders are driving change and building success.
